UF + Quality Matters TestimonialÂ
The UF + Quality Matters online course review committee wanted to increase faculty participation in the program. I recorded and edited a testimonial video that would show faculty the benefit of taking the time to go through the course review process.
My roles: Directing; recording; editing; animation
Inspiration & ideation: To break up the monotony of a sit-down interview, I transitioned to animated segments throughout the video to recap what the interviewee was saying and to also provide visual interest and retain viewers' attention.
First Year Faculty Teaching Academy Teaser
The First Year Faculty Teaching Academy (FYFTA) workshop series helps new faculty learn best teaching practices for student success. To generate interest in the program, I edited a teaser video for social media using b-roll footage from past workshops.
My roles: Editing; text animation
Inspiration & ideation: My goal was to get relevant messaging across with as few words as possible and create movement through animated text to retain attention.
